Procedure: 

1. Song (Mission song) 

2. Announcements: anyone can count seed in an apple, but who can tell us how many apples there are in these seeds? (our potential) 

3: Lebraum-car analogy between a car and a motor. Motor=priesthood Wheels=saints- need both to accomplish anything. 

4. scripture quiz by Tuttle: when giving scriptures, look people in the eye. Kennard: Tithing. Feil: He talked with Protestant theologian from Protestant Church in California

5. President Russon: Tithing- mark 8:17-21. 5 pieces of bread and at the end there were 12 loaves. This is a law of belief not a low of mathematics. Mark 10:27-30 Free from parental control. Mal 17 9/10 were blessed, 10/10 were unblessed. "unless there is within us that which is above us, we will become like our environment." Story of fisherman's boat drifting. This is what happens to us with respect to losing the Spirit. "He that doeth my will shall know my work" We must not tamely submit to bad things (spirits) we must use both prayer and fasting. And powers of the priesthood. We must be trustworthy also in our second estate. 

6. President Schilling: Tape from pres. Benson. Problems: (1)inactive members (2) fellowshipping (3) inadequate teaching- SUMMARY OF CONCLUSIONS: HOPE- reach every seeker of the truth and maintain membership. NEEDS: cooperation between different branches and auxiliaries. Fellowship (don't be like ancient Sadducees) ADAPTABILITY: needs to be met of every member, help perfect the saints/be honest and sincere. STATISTICS: stop emphasizing numbers. understand family situations. Don't baptize without having people coming to meetings. SOLUTION: true conversion! activity of members, fellowshipping of people, teach all the lessons before baptism. Proper information about church tithing, Word of Wisdom, responsibility. never baptize a woman without the presence of another woman. Have relatives present at baptisms. Get whole family into church. REACTIVATION: can use members, reteach the gospel. ORGANIZATION: preparation, have adequate surroundings. Don't have too small classes, reverence!
