PEOPLE PRESENT: whole mission -180 people 

Pres Russon: (a) 13 releases on Jan 3, praise (b) breakup of sister districts (c) Best song- Basel ii- Best presentation: Zurich Sisters (d) Liebe Award- 60 given out of 180 missionaries (e) letter from Brother Hansen (f) Evaluation of Missionaries (strong-fair-weak) only 15% weak, improvement needed (g) Convert baptisms decreasing. (h) know yourself know your weaknesses and strengths, work on weaknesses

5. Hildebrandt- (a) 3% church goers in Switzerland (b) talking about creating a good need for a prophet.

6. Wood- Better to be unborn then untaught because ignorance is the root of all misfortune. Where, what, when, who, where, why/ TEACH WITH THE BOOK OF MORMON

8. President Weber (a) Problem- not enough activity among young men active. (1) praise leaders (2) Good parents (3) But young men not marrying in the temple or going on missions. (4) Examined condition and asked leaders about these inactives. They said they just wouldn't come-out. (5) Challenge #10000 for each at church next Sunday. (6) They said we can do it! What did they have? Desire (7) The lord said that one soul is worth more than all the riches in the world. (8) Define Desire

9. Evaluating the Devil's Tools Statistically: (a) 1850 20 missionaries, 180 converts. (b) 1960 180 missionaries, 180 converts (c) What's the difference? Then the devil used violence. Today he uses indifference. Which is more dangerous? Violence or indifference? Will you be active?

President Sandholm- first counselor of the mission & Pres Trauffer Temple President: (a) D&C 82: The Lord is bound when we do what he says but when we do not what he says we shall have no promise. STORY: LeGrande Richards: Mission in Holland. On return home, the ship was near New York when a storm arose. The people and captain on the ship were really worried but Richards was calm. A lady asked him how he could be so calm. Then he told of his patriarchal blessing made through the priesthood about returning safely. He knew he had been true and he had no worry. He said, " I know I will return home safely but I don't know about you"
